What We Offer

Every gathering at Miramar Farms is unique. Some teams arrive with a facilitator and a clear agenda in hand—we’re here to provide everything they need. Others come looking for support in designing their experience from start to finish—and we’re here for that too. Whether you’re planning a strategic retreat, a creative breakthrough session, or simply a day to reconnect, our goal is to support the clarity and connection you’re here to find.

We offer full-service planning and facilitation, or we can work seamlessly with your external facilitator to bring your day to life. From hospitality and agenda design to tech setup and whiteboard markers, we’ve hosted thousands of guests and know what it takes to make a meeting feel meaningful. You’re welcome to make use of as many—or as few—of our services as you like.

“Reverse engineer an outcome: Think of what you want to be different because you gathered, and work backward from that outcome.”

Priya Parker, The Art of Gathering: How We Meet and Why It Matters

Food That Nourishes and Connects

At Miramar Farms, food is never an afterthought. It’s one of the ways we gather, reflect, and celebrate the work at hand. We grow herbs, flowers, berries, and vegetables right here on the property, and we work with local farms and producers to provide fresh, seasonal ingredients throughout the year. When the eggs are from our own hens and the apples were picked that morning, you can feel—and taste—the difference.

You’ll be greeted in the morning with warm scones and strong coffee. Lunch might be a picnic basket filled with gourmet sandwiches and salads, or a served family-style meal on the pergola. Drinks are available all day, and in peak season, we love to share our house-made Meyer lemonade or fresh apple cider. We’re always happy to customize menus to support your team’s dietary needs and to fit the flow of the day.

Workshops for Insight and Impact

For teams ready to go deeper, we offer a variety of facilitated workshops that blend leadership development with creativity and self-discovery. As an authorized Wiley Everything DiSC® and Five Behaviors partner, we’ve guided thousands of leaders through the DiSC process to help them understand their own style, strengthen communication, and build more cohesive teams. It’s one of our most requested offerings—for good reason.

We also offer hands-on workshops centered around food, art, and play, developed in partnership with experienced facilitators and creative professionals. These experiences are designed to get people out of their heads and into their senses—because real breakthroughs often come when we stop trying to force them. If your team is looking for a spark of inspiration or a deeper way to connect, a workshop might be the perfect addition to your day.

Teambuilding That’s Playful and Purposeful

Connection doesn’t always happen around the conference table. That’s why we offer a range of spaces and experiences that invite teams to play, explore, and recharge. From lawn games like cornhole and ping pong to watercolor sets for quiet creativity, we make it easy to step out of the ordinary and into a new kind of conversation.

Whether your team is decompressing after a full agenda or easing into a day of strategy, these moments of play help shift the energy—creating space for spontaneity, reflection, and joy. You’re welcome to wander the gardens, walk the labyrinth, or gather for a mid-day stretch under the trees. It’s all here for you.

Supporting Your Work, Your Way

No two gatherings at Miramar Farms are the same—because no two teams are the same. Whether you’re here to strategize, reset, reconnect, or create, we’re here to support your goals with the right space, the right tools, and the right kind of presence. You can bring your own facilitator or lean on us to design and lead the experience—we’ll meet you where you are.

At its heart, Miramar Farms is a place for meaningful work. We believe that clear thinking, courageous leadership, and strong teams grow best in grounded, intentional spaces. If you’re ready to bring your group together in a way that feels both expansive and focused, we’d be honored to welcome you here.
